Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel had a mix of experiences; the rooms had a horrible smell initially, but were otherwise spotlessly clean with efficient service and helpful staff. The location was convenient, close to various amenities and attractions, although not as good as other nearby hotels. The dining options were limited, and the overall facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel rooms were nice and fresh, featuring a king-sized bed, spacious, and very clean, although not as roomy or bright as its sister hotel Riley. The view faced into the hallway of other rooms.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness in the rooms but was conveniently located, especially for families with kids. The service was lacking warmth and guidance, but we enjoyed the dining options available. The facilities were decent overall, but certain areas could be improved.
The hotel had a great location offering views of the Foreshore and boats, with a short stroll to restaurants and cafes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning struggled to cool them adequately during the afternoon. The dining experience was satisfactory but not included in the stay. The overall value for money was good with proximity to all Cairns has to offer.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice and looked just like the pictures on the website, although there were some cleaning issues when we arrived. The air conditioning on the western side of the property struggled to cool the room in the afternoon, but overall, the room was clean and well presented.
The hotel had some cleaning issues initially in the rooms, but they were ultimately immaculately clean, albeit a bit small to fit two large suitcases. The rooms were ready upon check-in, yet the air conditioner struggled to cool down adequately even at its coldest setting.
